Here’s how to get to the B2 Exit from the Hachiko Exit:

  1. From the Hachiko Exit, cross the rightmost pedestrian crossing of the Shibuya Scramble Crossing.
  2. After crossing, immediately turn right and pass under the elevated tracks.
  3. Walk a short distance after passing under the tracks, and you’ll reach a large intersection with traffic lights called Miyamasuzaka-shita intersection.
  4. At the Miyamasuzaka-shita intersection, turn left, and you’ll immediately see the B2 Exit. When you turn left at Miyamasuzaka-shita intersection, Bic Camera will be on your left, and the B2 Exit is right in front of it.

Directions to B2 Exit from JR Shibuya Station (Yamanote Line, etc.)

For those coming from JR Shibuya Station (Yamanote Line, etc.), the B2 Exit is just a short walk from the Miyamasuzaka Exit. It’s easier to go above ground than to try navigating underground from JR.

  1. Exit JR Shibuya Station via the Hachiko Exit Ticket Gate, and then head out through the Miyamasuzaka Exit.
  2. The Miyamasuzaka-shita intersection will be diagonally to your front left. Head towards it.
  3. Cross the pedestrian crossing to your left at the Miyamasuzaka-shita intersection. (This is the side where Bic Camera is located.)
  4. After crossing the street, the B2 Exit will be a short distance ahead. The B2 Exit is right after you cross the intersection towards the Bic Camera side.

Directions to B2 Exit from Shibuya Station (Hanzomon Line & Den-en-toshi Line)

Since the Hanzomon Line and Den-en-toshi Line operate as through services, they arrive at the same platform. First, aim for the Miyamasuzaka Higashi Ticket Gate.

  1. First, exit from the Miyamasuzaka Higashi Ticket Gate.
  2. After exiting the gate, take the escalator directly to your front right to go up.
  3. Once you reach the next floor, turn left.
  4. You’ll immediately see a narrow passage. Go through it.
  5. After passing through the narrow passage, you’ll see stairs and an escalator leading to the ground level on your front right. This is the B2 Exit. It takes less than a minute to reach the B2 Exit from the Miyamasuzaka Higashi Ticket Gate.

Directions to B2 Exit from Shibuya Station (Tokyu Toyoko Line & Fukutoshin Line)

The Tokyu Toyoko Line and Fukutoshin Line at Shibuya Station are underground. First, aim for the Miyamasuzaka Higashi Ticket Gate.

  1. First, exit from the Miyamasuzaka Higashi Ticket Gate.
  2. After exiting the gate, take the escalator directly to your front right to go up.
  3. Once you reach the next floor, turn left.
  4. You’ll immediately see a narrow passage. Go through it.
  5. After passing through the narrow passage, you’ll see stairs and an escalator leading to the ground level on your front right. This is the B2 Exit. It takes less than a minute to reach the B2 Exit from the Miyamasuzaka Higashi Ticket Gate.

Directions to B2 Exit from Shibuya Station (Keio Inokashira Line)

From Keio Inokashira Line’s Shibuya Station, it’s easier to go above ground rather than trying to navigate underground. It takes about 7-8 minutes on foot from the Inokashira Line to the B2 Exit.

  1. Exit from the Chuo Ticket Gate of the Inokashira Line.
  2. Immediately after exiting, there’s an escalator diagonally to your front left. Take it down.
  3. After getting off the escalator, you’ll be on the ground level. Turn left.
  4. Walk a short distance, and you’ll see the Shibuya Scramble Crossing in front of you. Cross the rightmost pedestrian crossing.
  5. After crossing, immediately turn right and pass under the elevated tracks.
  6. Walk a short distance after passing under the tracks, and you’ll reach a large intersection with traffic lights called Miyamasuzaka-shita intersection.
  7. At the Miyamasuzaka-shita intersection, turn left, and you’ll immediately see the B2 Exit. First, head towards the Hachiko Exit, and from there, aim for the Miyamasuzaka-shita intersection.

Directions to B2 Exit from Shibuya Station (Tokyo Metro Ginza Line)

From the Ginza Line, use the Scramble Square direction ticket gate. It’s easier to go above ground from the Ginza Line.

  1. The most important step is to exit from the Scramble Square direction ticket gate. Double-check as there’s another gate in the opposite direction.
  2. After exiting the gate, there will be ticket machines to your left. Go through the passage immediately to the right of those ticket machines.
  3. Immediately turn left and continue straight along the path.
  4. After walking for about 30 seconds, you’ll see an escalator. Take it down.
  5. After getting off the escalator, you’ll still be on the 2nd floor. It might be a bit confusing for a moment, but there’s another escalator immediately to your right going down. Take that one.
  6. After getting off this escalator, you’ll be on the ground level. Immediately turn right.
  7. Walk a short distance, and you’ll see the Miyamasuzaka-shita intersection in front of you. Cross the pedestrian crossing to the opposite side of the road directly in front of you.
  8. After crossing the street, the B2 Exit will be a short distance ahead.
