From Hachiko Exit, head right towards the Shibuya Scramble Crossing, and enter JR Shibuya Station through the “Hachiko Gate” located immediately to the right of the police box.
Once inside the Hachiko Gate, go straight through to the opposite “Miyamasuzaka Gate” and exit the station.

From the Hanzomon Line / Den-en-toshi Line platform, take the escalator at the Oshiage-bound end (towards Miyamasuzaka) up to the next floor.
After getting off the escalator, proceed along the right-hand passage without exiting the gate.
Take the escalator at the end down.
