Directions to B2 Exit from Hachiko Square

  1. From the Hachiko Square side, cross the rightmost pedestrian crossing of the Shibuya Scramble Crossing.
  2. After crossing, turn right immediately and walk under the elevated tracks.
  3. Continue walking a short distance, and you’ll arrive at the large Miyamasuzaka-shita intersection.
  4. At the Miyamasuzaka-shita intersection, turn left, and you’ll see the B2 Exit right in front of you. Bic Camera will be on your left as you make the turn.

From JR Lines (Yamanote Line, Saikyo Line, etc.)

For those coming from JR Shibuya Station, the B2 Exit is just a short walk from the Miyamasuzaka Exit. It’s often easier to navigate above ground than to try to find your way through the underground passages from the JR lines.

  1. Exit JR Shibuya Station via the Hachiko Exit Ticket Gate, and then head out through the Miyamasuzaka Exit.

These lines are connected, so the directions are the same. Your first goal is to find the Miyamasuzaka Higashi Ticket Gate.

  1. Exit from the Miyamasuzaka Higashi Ticket Gate.
  2. After exiting the gate, take the escalator directly to your front right to go up.
  3. Once you reach the next floor, turn left.
  4. You’ll immediately see a narrow passage. Walk through it.
  5. After passing through the passage, you’ll see stairs and an escalator leading to the ground level on your front right. This is the B2 Exit.

From Tokyu Toyoko Line & Fukutoshin Line

These lines are underground. First, aim for the Miyamasuzaka Higashi Ticket Gate.

  1. Exit from the Miyamasuzaka Higashi Ticket Gate.
  2. After exiting the gate, take the escalator directly to your front right to go up.
  3. Once you reach the next floor, turn left.
  4. You’ll immediately see a narrow passage. Walk through it.
  5. After passing through the passage, you’ll see stairs and an escalator leading to the ground level on your front right. This is the B2 Exit.

From Keio Inokashira Line

From the Keio Inokashira Line’s Shibuya Station, it’s easiest to go above ground. The walk takes about 7-8 minutes.

  1. Exit from the Chuo Ticket Gate.
  2. After exiting, there’s an escalator diagonally to your front left. Take it down.
  3. Once you get off the escalator, you’ll be on the ground level. Turn left.
  4. Walk a short distance, and you’ll see the Shibuya Scramble Crossing in front of you. Cross the rightmost pedestrian crossing.
  5. After crossing, immediately turn right and walk under the elevated tracks.
  6. Continue walking a short distance, and you’ll arrive at the large Miyamasuzaka-shita intersection.
  7. At the Miyamasuzaka-shita intersection, turn left, and you’ll immediately see the B2 Exit.

From Tokyo Metro Ginza Line

From the Ginza Line, use the ticket gate for the Scramble Square direction. It’s generally easier to get above ground from this line.

  1. The most important step is to exit from the Scramble Square direction ticket gate.
  2. After exiting, there are ticket machines to your left. Take the passage immediately to the right of them.
  3. Turn left right away and continue straight.
  4. After about 30 seconds, you’ll see an escalator. Take it down.
  5. You’ll still be on the 2nd floor. Turn right and take the next escalator down.
  6. You are now on the ground level. Turn right immediately.
  7. Walk a short distance, and you’ll see the Miyamasuzaka-shita intersection in front of you. Cross the pedestrian crossing directly in front of you to the other side of the road.
