Shibuya Scramble Crossing Exit ②: Hanzomon Line / Den-en-toshi Line is Exit A6b
For the Hanzomon Line and Den-en-toshi Line, the exit to the Scramble Crossing is A6b. This exit will bring you out right in front of the Starbucks that faces the Scramble Crossing.

- First, exit from the Hachiko Ticket Gate.
- After exiting the gate, you’ll see a staircase diagonally to your front right with a yellow sign marked “Exit A6.” Take these stairs up.
- After climbing the stairs, turn right, and you’ll immediately see another staircase (A6 Exit). Take this to ground level, and you’ll emerge in front of the Starbucks at the Scramble Crossing.
Note: There are three A6 exits (a, b, and c). “b” is directly in front of Starbucks, while the others emerge slightly to its left or right, but the location is generally the same.
Shibuya Scramble Crossing Exit ③: Toyoko Line / Fukutoshin Line is Exit A6b
For the Toyoko Line and Fukutoshin Line, the exit to the Scramble Crossing is A6b. This exit will bring you out right in front of the Starbucks that faces the Scramble Crossing.

- From the platform, find the sign that says “DT Den-en-toshi Line H Hanzomon Line” and follow the escalators upwards as indicated. Other lines like JR and Ginza Line also head in this direction.
- After getting off the escalator, follow the signs for “DT Den-en-toshi Line H Hanzomon Line.”
- Walk for about 1 minute, and you’ll find an escalator marked “DT Den-en-toshi Line H Hanzomon Line.” Take this up to the Den-en-toshi Line platform.
- Continue straight along the platform, and you’ll find an escalator with signs for JR Line, Ginza Line, and Hachiko Exit. Take this escalator up.
- After getting off the escalator, the Hachiko Ticket Gate will be diagonally behind you. Exit from there.
- After exiting the gate, you’ll see a staircase diagonally to your front right with a yellow sign marked “Exit A6.” Take these stairs up.

- Walk a short distance, and the Scramble Crossing will be directly in front of you.
Shibuya Scramble Crossing Exit ⑤: Ginza Line is Scramble Square Side Ticket Gate
For the Ginza Line, exit from the Scramble Square Side Ticket Gate.
Here’s how to get there:
How to Get to the Scramble Crossing from Shibuya Station (Ginza Line)
- First, and most importantly, exit from the “Scramble Square side ticket gate.” Double-check carefully, as there’s another ticket gate in the opposite direction.
- After exiting the gate, you’ll see ticket machines to your left, but there’s a passageway immediately to their right. Go there.
- Immediately turn left and continue straight along the path.
- Walk for about 30 seconds, and you’ll find an escalator. Take this down.
- After getting off the escalator, you’re still on the 2nd floor. It might be a bit confusing for a moment, but there’s another escalator immediately to your right going down. Take that one further down.
- After getting off the escalator, you’ll be on ground level. Immediately turn right.
- Walk a short distance, and you’ll see the Miyamasuzaka-shita intersection in front of you. Turn left.
- You’ll immediately see an overpass. Pass under this overpass, and you’ll arrive at the Scramble Crossing.
